For Pillman’s injury, it was during the finishing spot. A guy was coming off the top rope and it looked like his knee hit Brian in the face. As for Elio, I wasn’t paying close attention at the moment, but he went into the corner awkwardly and hurt his arm.

Action had to be stopped twice when the ref threw up the X signal for injuries last night at #nxtlakeland. Brian Pillman Jr took a knee of the face. Couldn’t tell if he was concussed but had a lot of swelling. Elio LeFleur might’ve broken his arm going into a turnbuckle.
