Actually it was in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Scottsdale.
They sent me a letter (2 years after I bought the place - 2nd owner) and claimed the stucco on my fence - which perfectly match my house - was not "approved" by the architectural committee and if I didn't submit for approval it would have to be removed.
Well the original owner left me all the original plans (and approvals) for the construction - which included stuccoing the fences (which btw looks WAY better than bare cinder block).
But as I was going through the CC&Rs I discovered something. It was required that all street facing fences must be stuccoed to match the house. Well, 80% of the homes were out of compliance with this requirement.
So I wrote the HOA, informed them of these facts, and told them if I ever get a letter from them again - for a weed or a trash can - I would demand all those homes be brought into compliance.
Nothing a team of lawyers could do about that, champ. In the 4 years I lived there after, I never heard a peep from them.
Life if better if you don't live it as a submissive cuck, a lesson you'll never learn.
@RobertaFresque2 This is why In-N-Out is so popular. Same burger - uncomplicated (sure you can get animal style) that's their core value. And yes the fries are spectacular if you're not used to eating GMO fries injected with who knows what.
@ryanbleess1@nari4thewin@TheOfficerTatum So that's a no then, you don't get it. Not surprised.
Oh and you're a moron if you think this deranged lunatic would welcome anyone in a MAGA hat. π
@MattWalshBlog Yep surrendering your lives to provide 24/7 physical and crippling economic care for a downs child makes a great after school special.
In the real world - and I've know 3 families - it's a life of absolute misery.
F you judgemental aholes.
@badgerbadgerba2@FrontlinesTPUSA@Savsays But the ad happened 50 years prior and AFTER Al was lovingly embracing Trump.
I know it's tough for low IQ morons like you to connect the dots. π
