🚨 NYPD Inspector suspended this week after being accused of sexually assaulting Black female officer and saying he wanted to “make biracial babies” with her.

Inspector Jeremy Scheublin, a 24-year veteran, was suspended this week after a Black female officer accused him of sexually assaulting her inside the 46th Precinct in the Bronx on January 1, 2025.

According to the lawsuit, while both were on duty in his office, Scheublin allegedly grabbed her buttocks, threw her onto a couch, tried to kiss her, put his hand around her neck, and attempted to remove her gun belt while armed. She fought him off by kicking him in the groin.

After the alleged assault, he reportedly told her he wanted to “make biracial babies” with her. He had previously made unwanted advances, including asking about her personal life and saying, “I do not know whether I should smack or kiss you.”

After she reported the assault, Scheublin allegedly retaliated by assigning her undesirable shifts. The lawsuit claims the NYPD knew about the incident for over a year. He was transferred in January 2026, placed on modified duty in March 2026, and was finally suspended this week. He filed for retirement last month.

How does an NYPD inspector sexually assault a female officer, say he wants to “make biracial babies” with her, and still remain on duty for over a year?
