Sent Xiaomi 13 pro to @MiIndiaSupport for Pink Line repair. They denied it (minor mark) then returned it with NEW, clear tool damage where they tried to open the screen! Video shows how clearly they are tool marks.
Guess what, Xiaomi denied their fault!

@ManojSi17864999 @_techibee @XiaomiIndia My 13 pro display has a pink line issue as well. They claimed major damage in my phone, due to which the screen has pink line. There is just a small scuff at a corner, which they have mentioned as "MAJOR DAMAGE".

Xiaomi is trying to SHOW that they are trying to fix for free....
