Extremely disappointed with my experience with @culturecircIe and the complete lack of accountability from their customer support team.
I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 Low sneakers from @culturecircIe in January after following and trusting the brand for a long time. Unfortunately, the pair delivered to me was defective. I immediately reported the issue, shared detailed images and videos, and expected a professional resolution.
To make matters worse, the package did not contain any bill, invoice, authenticity card, or verification documentation — something customers naturally expect while purchasing premium sneakers from a platform that claims authenticity and quality assurance.
After months of delays and repeated follow-ups, the support team finally informed me that the product would neither be replaced nor refunded, despite the defect being reported immediately after delivery and the shoes remaining completely unused till date.
Following this, I personally reached out multiple times to @devanshjn , hoping the leadership team would take customer concerns seriously. I explained the entire situation respectfully, shared proofs, screenshots, videos, and even offered to visit their store personally for an exchange. Unfortunately, despite multiple messages and continuous follow-ups, there has still been no resolution or meaningful support from their side.
What is most disappointing is that this entire experience reflects much bigger issues than just one defective pair of shoes. It highlights:
• Lack of customer accountability
• Extremely poor responsiveness
• Negligence towards genuine customer grievances
• False assurances without resolution• Complete disregard for customer trust after payment is made
• Serious concerns around product authenticity and verification before dispatch
I was genuinely excited about being associated with the @culturecircIe community. Sadly, this entire experience has been exhausting and deeply disappointing.
A customer should not have to spend 5 months chasing support teams, escalating to founders, threatening consumer forum complaints, and still be left without a resolution after paying the full amount.
I sincerely hope @culturecircIe improves its customer support processes and starts treating genuine customer concerns with the seriousness they deserve.
