However, doing that is going to leave me as a customer who is going to go out of VW with a horrible experience that I will want any future customer of VW to know before they buy into you and ensure that potential customers can know about how bad things really are internally.

Right now I am stuck with a car that in my garage for the last 4 months and more, a Dealership that doesn't care to respond, and VW customer team that is only there for lip service.

I have highlighted the issue on social media and the VW media team has only got back with lip service with no real intention to help.

Post my complaint with VW customer service I have always been forwarded to the PPS center by someone named Anuradha who never receives my call anytime. I have a call history recording to show the number of times I have called her in the last months with no resolution.

Your service adviser did not even utter one word when I repeatedly asked him for an answer. Pls check CCTV recording of this interaction on 7th June around 3pm. Rahul, the service adviser at PPs Nagawara did not utter even one word, created a bill, and told me to take the car.

Post diagnosis the car was issued a quote if 2.5 lahks for repair with no further explanation as to why a customer should incur such a huge bill for something they don't know.
