পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের নারী ও শিশু উন্নয়ন এবং সমাজকল্যাণ দপ্তরের উদ্যোগে আজ নেতাজি ইন্ডোর স্টেডিয়ামে আয়োজিত অনুষ্ঠানে অন্নপূর্ণা যোজনায় নথিভুক্ত পশ্চিমবঙ্গের ১.৩ কোটিরও বেশি মহিলার ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে সরাসরি বেনিফিট ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে ৩০০০ টাকা জমা করা হলো।

গত জুন মাসে প্রথম পর্যায়ে লক্ষ লক্ষ উপভোক্তার অ্যাকাউন্টে টাকা পাঠানো হয়েছিল। এরপর ১ কোটি ৬০ লক্ষ আবেদনকারীর আবেদনপত্র ও তথ্য যাচাইয়ের পর ১ কোটি ৩০ লক্ষের বেশি আবেদনকারীকে যোগ্য হিসেবে চিহ্নিত করা হয়েছে। তাঁদের সকলের অ্যাকাউন্টে টাকা ট্রান্সফার করা হয়েছে। পাহাড় থেকে জঙ্গলমহল, সারা রাজ্য জুড়ে মায়েরা, দিদিরা ও বোনেরা নিজেদের অধিকারের টাকা সরাসরি অ্যাকাউন্টে পেয়েছেন।

মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী সম্মানীয় শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীজি পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মাতৃশক্তিকে নির্বাচনের পূর্বে প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছিলেন যে, পশ্চিমবঙ্গে বিজেপি সরকার প্রতিষ্ঠিত হলে অন্নপূর্ণা যোজনা চালু করা হবে। সম্মানীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রীর প্রতিশ্রুতি রাজ্য সরকার পূরণ করতে সচেষ্ট।

আজ উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন নারী ও শিশু উন্নয়ন এবং সমাজকল্যাণ দপ্তরের স্বাধীন দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত মাননীয়া মন্ত্রী শ্রীমতি মালতী রাভা রায় মহোদয়া, মাননীয়া পুর ও নগর উন্নয়ন মন্ত্রী শ্রীমতি অগ্নিমিত্রা পাল মহোদয়া, মাননীয়া মন্ত্রী শ্রীমতি মৌমিতা মিশ্র মহোদয়া, মাননীয়া মন্ত্রী শ্রীমতি কলিতা মাঝি মহোদয়া, মাননীয়া মন্ত্রী শ্রীমতি পূর্ণিমা চক্রবর্তী মহোদয়া, মাননীয়া মন্ত্রী শ্রীমতি গার্গী ঘোষ মহোদয়া, মাননীয়া মন্ত্রী শ্রীমতি সুমনা সরকার মহোদয়া, ক্রীড়া ও যুবকল্যাণ দপ্তরের মাননীয় মন্ত্রী ডাঃ ইন্দ্রনীল খাঁ, মুখ্য সচিব শ্রী মনোজ আগরওয়াল, নারী ও শিশু উন্নয়ন এবং সমাজকল্যাণ দপ্তরের প্রধান সচিব শ্রীমতি মৌমিতা গোদারা মহোদয়া-সহ অন্যান্য বিধায়কগণ।

অত্যন্ত কম সময়ের মধ্যে এই কর্মসূচিকে বাস্তবায়িত করার জন্য আমি সংশ্লিষ্ট দপ্তরের আধিকারিক ও অন্যান্য সহযোগীদের প্রতি ধন্যবাদ ও কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন করি। আগামী দিনে আরও মাতৃশক্তি অন্নপূর্ণা যোজনার সুবিধা পাবেন। আমাদের অঙ্গীকার, একজনও প্রকৃত উপভোক্তা বঞ্চিত হবেন না। সরকারি প্রকল্পের সুবিধা যোগ্য মানুষের হাতেই পৌঁছাবে। স্বচ্ছতা, জবাবদিহি এবং জনকল্যাণের পথেই আমরা অবিচল।

Govt of WB has initiated intensified measures to strengthen Border Security by facilitating construction of BSF Outposts & Barbed-Wire Fencing, further enhancing security in the Border areas.

Honoured and privileged to have met our respected Prime Minister; Shri @narendramodi Ji, in New Delhi today.
This marks my first Official Meeting with Hon'ble PM since assuming the responsibility of serving the People of West Bengal as the Chief Minister.
I extend my deepest gratitude to Hon’ble PM for his warm wishes and above all, for his unwavering commitment to the progress of our State. During our fruitful discussion, Hon'ble Prime Minister reemphasized his vision of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and reiterated that the development of West Bengal remains a top priority for the Central Government.

আজ আমি মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হিসেবে একটি মহতী ও সদর্থক পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করতে পেরে নিজেকে সৌভাগ্যবান মনে করছি।
গত ৯ই অগস্ট ২০২৪ সালে আর.জি.কর মেডিক্যাল কলেজ ও হাসপাতালে বোন অভয়ার নৃশংস খুন ও ধর্ষণের ঘটনায় তৎকালীন আর.জি. কর-এর সুপার; কুখ্যাত সন্দীপ ঘোষের বিরুদ্ধে আইনি পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী ইডি কে উক্ত ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করে দোষী সাব্যস্ত করার অনুমতি প্রদান করা হলো (Sanction of Prosecution has been accorded)।
বিগত তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস সরকার জোরপূর্বক ও অনৈতিকভাবে এই মামলার তদন্ত প্রক্রিয়া দীর্ঘদিন আটকে রেখেছিল। কিন্তু আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, আইনের ঊর্ধ্বে কেউ নয়। সত্যকে চাপা দিয়ে রাখা যায় না।

Double Engine BJP-ruled states have become slaughterhouses for women and girls. If "Beti Bachao" means anything at all, it means saving our daughters from the savagery that BJP's governance has normalised.

Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Yogi Adityanath and BJP leaders of every rank come to Bengal and preach endlessly about "Nari Suraksha" without a trace of shame. Meanwhile, in BJP-ruled Maharashtra's Pune, a 4-year-old girl was raped and murdered with a stone after being lured with the promise of food.

The accused is a known serial offender with a criminal record dating back to 1998, including two POCSO cases in 2015. Yet this monster was allowed to roam free and destroy another innocent life.
👉 We CHALLENGE BJP to demand the immediate resignation of the utterly worthless Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. We CHALLENGE BJP to send a fact-finding team.
👉 We CHALLENGE the National Commission for Women to immediately send a delegation, conduct a thorough probe and condemn this barbarity in the strongest possible terms.
