@GhanaMFA When passport is printed. It should show on the status of and applicant, but it doesn't show. All the fields will thick green, but only the printed portion will not thick even when the book is printed. You should work on that.

@GhanaMFA U should state the date u've printed the passport up to. Because people have done thier biometrics for more than then stipulated collection date on thier receipt and have not received thier books when they went there for collection.
