I respectfully request clarification from @HFWOdisha@dept_ga@SecyChief, @MahalingMukesh sir & @CMO_Odisha sir on recent transfers policy of Group A officers. We doctors are barred from transfers at regular interval for years, causing uncertainty & disruption in public services.
Respect to OMSA leadership and to every doctor who actively participated.
Day 1 built momentum.
January 5 builds pressure.
We stand united disciplined and determined.
This movement has begun and it will continue until it ends right.

Facts matter.Doctors are continuing 24×7 emergency and critical care.
The 2 hour OPD closure is symbolic peaceful and responsible.
Intimidation cannot replace dialogue.
Genuine long pending demands must be addressed
@CMO_Odisha@MahalingMukesh
The first phase united doctors statewide and forced the government to form a committee.
That was progress not resolution.
Doctors did well today
Unity and consistency matter now.
We continue together until this ends right.
