I think Trump said it in his speech today when he said “there will be a deal with Iran to be made ….after the elections.” I think he’s just waiting to win the mid-terms and then very soon thereafter there will be a deal brought out to the world. Then we’ll see the market jump like nobody could ever think of. He doesn’t want to use all his ammo just quite yet. To your point, this is all just noise.
