JEE Main Paper 2 Result Blunder by NTA

I’m Sumit, a Class 12 student aspiring to become an architect. In Jan attempt I got ~100 marks & 76 percentile. But in April I scored ~180 marks as per final key, still got only 67 percentile. How is this possible? . NTA must answer.
