Hey @OnePlus_IN @Flipkart! I purchased a OnePlus band from Flipkart which was delivered in non-working condition. I sent it to OnePlus for replacement under Flipkart’s 7 days brand replacement policy but they refused to replace it saying that this product is at end of life.
