Big Scam from @Flipkart @flipkartsupport purchased mobile and complete mobile protection worth 1399 on 3rd sept, it was showing mobile protection is activated on mobile, reached multiple times customer care to provide insurance pdf for reference.

@Flipkart Ask for insurance copy from @Flipkart else you will not be knowing whether your mobile is covered or not, if i wouldn't ask for insurance copy i will not be knowing that insurance is activated on my mobile and 1399 rs is simply gove to flipkart for worst service, attached screen

Again reached out to customer support, they mentioned seller is facing technical issues to process refund to bank account, still not received refund,
I request everyone if you are purchasing mobile protection from @Flipkart ask for insurance pdf else you will not be knowing

Worst service from @Flipkart @flipkartsupport , placed grocery order and it was supposed to deliver by 15th july but still order is not shipped and not even date is updated in app, upon raising issue with support team they mentioned it will be resolved in some days
