You are fooling your customer. Item is at my office address & guards asking me every day "when it will be picked up sir".

It's proof that @SamsungIndia is not hiring qualified technician, after complent they give assurance that will correct it but unfortunately it is "just a assurance" take service from them and fir #chakkar_pe_chakkar#be_aware
@SamsungIndia, as a layman, I don't know how much of a gap should be between the wall and the outdoor unit, but I am sure your technician knows. He provides only a 2-4-inch gap.
Because of this what kind of problem are we facing

Because whenever I run anything thru it i face problems but when bypassing it things go much better. 90% we are using this in the evening and for Speed i have attached the screenshot. If the problem is set-up box then please return it and revise the plan @JioCare@reliancejio 2/2

Your technician who installed the whole setup, he didn't provide lane cable for router to setup box connection and he connected set-up box thru wifi... I feel the main & major problem is your set-up box 1/2
