I truly resonate with this article. Last year, as a master's student, I heard many tough PhD stories from seniors that made me rethink my decision to pursue a PhD. But thanks to the labs that trained me to think and work logically. But, not everyone gets that kind of support.
In my interview with @the_hindu, I spoke about why many PhD students lose motivation: they’re often treated like data generators. We must nurture researchers who can write their own papers, think critically, design experiments with purpose, and defend their work with clarity.
