@OfficialSBICare Sir, this mistake from your side is not acceptable. If you are checking my statement, please review it carefully and verify which payment was received and when. The payment I made on 12 June was refunded to me on 13 June. My concern is the separate payment deducted on 10 June.

@OfficialSBICare I am unable to register the complaint because the transaction is showing as successful in my bank account. The complaint options available are not matching my issue. The amount was debited from my account but YouTube has confirmed that the payment was not received Kindly help me.

@PhonePe I have tried contacting you through personal messages, but I have not received any response. PhonePe says the payment was successfully sent to the merchant, while the merchant says the payment was not received. Because of this, I am stuck between both sides.
