@Indian__doctor Sir in our college there is no concept of weekly one day off and working hrs are 30hrs.

Even after notice from @NMC_IND our college doesn't follow rules
Passing rule is not important its very easy but its implementation is important which is not done by our college

Punjab has a lower pg residents stipend compared to neighboring states. In Haryana, it's 90k plus, in Chandigarh and delhi it's 1 lakh plus, and in Uttar Pradesh, it's also 90k plus. Why is the stipend low in Punjab?

Delhi and Punjab has same AAP govt but health model is different
Punjab has very low stipend despite sharing same govt of Delhi
Moreover neighboring states and its capital also has good stipend for pg residents

There is difference in academics for pgs also

Doing DRP and duty in medical college both
Not relieved from college yet
Mentally and physically i have become weak and unhealthy

In our we do day duty at Hospital alloted by DRP
And night at our medical college department
(1 week night and 1 week evening)

Is it allowed during DRP??

This shit has created shear mental stress
