Agree Banning Telegram alone wonโt prevent paper leaks as information can easily be shared through numerous other platforms The real solution is to strengthen security measures, identify vulnerabilities in the system, and take strict action against those responsible for the leaks
Indiaโs IT ministry banned Telegram for one week because some users shared leaked exam questions.
This punishes 150M+ ordinary Telegram users in India โ not the insiders who leaked the exam materials.
And the ban hasn't stopped anything. The leaks just moved to other apps.
Agree, Banning Telegram won't automatically stop paper leaks. Information can be shared through many platforms. The focus should be on fixing security gaps and catching those responsible for the leak.
> can't stop paper leaks
> ends up blocking telegram
blocking telegram totally isn't even possible, telegram is designed in such a way which easily allows people to use proxies and other methods of circumvention.
Learning BigQuery and surprised there's no default warning before an expensive query runs.
Something like: "This query will scan 2TB. Continue?"
Dry runs exist, but new users may not know about them. Feels like a small feature that could prevent costly mistakes. @googlecloud#gcp
