@jamesrbuk At least now the people doing the work (and songwriters if different) get the £.
Not saying this is the right model. But the secondary market one definitely isn’t
@jamesrbuk Problem is, if viagogo sells a £50 ticket for £500 the artists get a share of £50. The purchaser and platform get a share of £450. That’s wrong. The artist and promoter does all the work here.
@jamesrbuk And isn’t this how the airline and hotel industry has worked, like, forever? Is it better the uplift gets to the band rather than to the touts?
@BrugesGroup Obviously you can make these things up (or, as you know in this case state a fact in such a way as to deliberately confuse). But while you can make things up to confuse. You shouldn’.
@BrugesGroup Ha! Ha! Why didn’t he call an election then. And why has he stepped down when he has 3 democratic options to prove what a stand up guy he is: parliament, defeating recall and then winning his seat back. Such a winner
@john4brexit You mean here “the Tory have” removed their own leaders. Sadly the people haven’t been consulted in this. So. The Tory party are the establishment. Let’s vote them out then!
