We really like the new tokenomics and Fuji's renewal in words, but ....
- Let's see how it affects the $AVAX token in reality and not in dreams.
- These incentives are very small, you have a cap of $14 billion, not $14 million.

Our past posts about Avalanche (which you do not like) were to get you to pay attention to things like this:
- you lost touch with your community a long time ago
- you don't keep up the interest with constant activities (besides conferences in some countries and merch you sell expensively)
- You have lost touch with market trends and narratives, it would be different if you were a highly specialized startup and not an ECOSYSTEM.
- You are not actively protecting your community from scams and hacks in your change, how many projects died on Avalanche, including both NFT and stillborn memes.
- Your marketing program and positioning has long since failed.
- After the @AlamedaResearch debacle, you're completely incapable of managing the token and public sentiment.
- You have lost good friendships with your "big brothers" in CT.

If you accept this and wake up (not in words, but in deeds), here's what we suggest:
- Dispersal of the marketing team (maybe in some countries where you are active, you should look at the metrics according to the principles of meritocracy, not compatriotism).
- Revise agreements with market makers, set a new clear strategy, not just maintaining liquidity.
- If you are in tokenomics, your main goal for 2025 is to outperform bitcoin growth, otherwise why would anyone buy $AVAX?
- Freeze unlocks / increase vesting period every quarter by $57 million ($1.67 million $AVAX) for team, stakers, investors, strategic partners, leave only for (!) incentive programs and marketing.
- You still have over 55% of tokens in locks 268.37M AVAX $10.69B (55.6% of FDV), it's a amazing huge pressure on chart.
- You need to build bridges with the community (creating ambassadors and DAOs is a necessary thing, but why so late), be active on social media, catch trends, hype, launch viral content!
- You must always be hungry, otherwise you will die.
- Be sure to analyze your marketing spending hypotheses, see what works and what does not, spend money EFFECTIVELY, but do not be greedy.
- Hire good people, not only developers, but also other departments, hire the best, give them KPIs.
- if Emin and Kevin don't like to trade face for publicity, then bring the active ones from your team forward, give them a chance to talk about the benefits of Avalanche from the stands in plain language for the masses, not just the nerds.
