@GenesisMining I have not been paid out ETH from my 2 accounts in 2 months. I have 1 ETH in one account and .5 ETH in another account. Every day I file a complaint, every day they close the ticket and merge. All form letters saying IT is investigating. I complained with the Hong Kong Police

This is the 3rd time payouts stopped and I never got any stopped payouts. Customer service cancels my complaints then merges complaints

@GenesisMining I am running out of patience. I have 2 ETH Pool accounts. one has over .12 ETH and one has over .25 ETH. I have sent in customer service requests but the only answer I got was my balance needs to be over .075 ETH for a transaction payout. THEY ARE BOTH OVER .075 ETH! PAY PLEASE!

@GenesisMining I have 2 ETH Pool accounts at Genesis. Neither has been paid out since Jan 2nd. The dashboards show every day a payment due, but the payout section is missing days Jan 3, 4, 6, 7. Who to call? Is there a police agency to call?
