After tearing ACL, MCL, meniscus, spraining mg PCL and having a gang of deep bone bruising. Having surgery and being 4 month post op and today I reach a 80.5 % strength rating. I am hyped asf!!!!

Today I've reached a 80.5 % strength rating on my knee. After recovery and going to PT. I did tht in only 4 months! I still have a ways to go but I'm extremely proud of myself !
