@UPS UPS does not help small business. It is reported that UPS just damp the orders or return the orders due to surge of customs clearance at US border. Several of my shipments got returned. nobody at UPS ask for additional info. now wonder UPS is called OOPS

@DHLexpress if your support team has been doing their job previously, i won't need to be on X trying to get my shipment picked up, shipped etc. Useless why bother having X , Facebook etc. if if your only suggestion is to call DHL number or reach out via web, what a joke

@FedExHelp Need an update for my shipment, it has not got any update since june 20 ( Last Friday and today Tuesday, June 24). standard delivery is June 25 however no longer has any delivery date. called fedex customer service, was told June 24 and now it has got no delivery date

@UPS No you don't help small business. We paid UPS for customs clearance, duty and tax and UPS was supposed to pay CBSA on our behalf. It has been more than a week pass the due date for the payment to be made to CBSA, and nothing happened. UPS CARM team not reply either! WTH?

Hi, there are two charges from Adobe on my credit card at 33.89 cad in Jan. and Feb, 2025 this year and I don't have an Adobe subscription. Can you direct me to the right department to check it ?
