Almost forgot to post a weekly update on my body recomp goal! So here it is, better late than never.
Fasting, walking and training all moved things back in the right direction.

Last week was not great. Went way off track on nutrition a few days. Slacked on the exercise front.
The scale reflects this.
Past month’s progress calendar shows a lot of sugar consumption and over eating.
Time to sort this out.
