@cromaretail Since there has been no appropriate response from you nor your ASC Vintage nor @myvoltage (which cannot function w/o a RMN by pvt msg) nor @TataCompanies , i am left with no recourse but to request a refund. Sad day indeed to hv put my trust in @TataCompanies
@myvoltas What a disastrous experience! one "technician" in a Voltas t shirt and no id arrives with a helper not in a Voltas tshirt and no id and i am told that's how it is. Is this acceptable?
@cromaretail its time to call a spade a spade. @myvoltas ASC Vintage has let down @TataCompanies in post sales customer support. perhaps there is no alternative but a full refund since installation is seemingly impossible.
@TataCompanies hello! can you pl help me get my voltas ac purchased at Croma 110029 on april 22 installed! @cromaretail and @myvoltas seem to hv given up. ASC Vintage is calling the shots with a take it or leave it customer support attitude
@cromaretail it appears that there has in fact been no attempt from your side or @myvoltas to rectify this problem and hv the AC installed. On the other hand croma helpdesk 110029 is again trying, maybe a technician will arrive "within an hour or so" ! i hv been waiting since "10-11am" .

@myvoltas i hv given u the order id so pl check. the norm is helpers r not given id cards. this cant be known to a Tata group company and still be acceptable.

@myvoltas Im waiting for installation visit between '10 and 11" am i was told by Croma 110029 yesterday. you may consider checking with yr ASC Vintage what time they wd like? as for me another day of waiting ahead
@cromaretail I was assured yesterday Mr Shivam at Croma 110029 Help Desk of installation visit tday between 10/ 11 am. Received call from number named Anita Devi yesterday that it wd be done today.And thirdly recd an sms this morning an Engineer assigned thru ASC Vintage but no time frame.
@cromaretail i hv just visited Croma 110029. the Help Desk rep finally understood my PoV. installation is scheduled for tom morning by id-carrying technician and helper. Today is wasted in waiting.
@cromaretail its a travesty on the efficiency of our banking system when croma 110049 says it still takes 5-6 days to clear a check. Too many employees for too few clients
