For us, the interesting part is not putting a token on a blockchain just for the sake of it.
The real question is: what problem does tokenization solve for the people and businesses behind the asset?
Thatโs where the conversation gets interesting. ๐
Quick question for the RWA community ๐
If you had to tokenize one real agricultural asset in Africa today, what would you choose?
Farmland
Crops
Livestock
Agricultural equipment
And more importantly, why?
Weโre curious to see what the community thinks.
Everyone is talking about RWA.
But most of the conversation is still about tokenized bonds, real estate and financial assets.
What about #agriculture?
Land. Crops. Livestock. Production.
These are real-world assets too, and they sit at the center of Africaโs food economy.
Thatโs the part of #RWA weโre building around at Sunala.
African agriculture doesn't just need manpower; it needs infrastructure, data, and structure. Counting costs and securing the market even before sowing is precisely the baseline that is too often missing to transform a subsistence sector into an ultra-profitable industry.
This is the entire fight we are leading at Sunala: stopping seeing agriculture as a gamble or charity, but giving it the management, financing, and traceability tools it deserves to connect our producers to real market opportunities.
Produce better, calculate accurately, and sell true. #YouthInAg #AgriFi
ONE KILOGRAM OF BEANS, ONE DOLLAR
Imagine building a bean farming business around a simple target: producing quality beans efficiently and selling them at a profitable market price.
The important question is not whether every bean plant can produce 1 kg. Yield per plant varies significantly with variety, plant population, soil fertility, rainfall, pests, diseases, and management. Instead of chasing an unrealistic number, farmers should focus on total yield per hectare and the actual price received at harvest.
Start with quality seed and a variety suited to your area. Prepare the soil properly, maintain an appropriate plant population, manage weeds early, monitor pests and diseases, and protect the crop during flowering and pod filling.
Then look beyond production. Know your market before planting. Track production costs, harvest quantity, selling price, transport, storage, and other expenses.
Agriculture becomes a business when production is connected to good management, accurate records, and a real market.
Do not only count beans.
Count the cost. Count the yield. Count the market. Count the profit.

Many people ask me this question.๐
Why did I choose Agriculture?
Because agriculture is more than farming. It's science, business, food security, innovation, and the future.
