Today, I embarked on a journey to Raipur via the Sohela Highway. Little did I know that I would encounter a massive traffic jam due to a Durga Puja procession. What was striking was not just the congestion but the behavior of some locals.

While the local enthusiasm for the festival was palpable,it sometimes manifested in locals urging four-wheeler drivers to give way for two-wheelers going in the opposite direction. This behavior not only inconvenienced travelers but also posed safety risks on the national highway
