Definitely! 😭 He was the first character I headcanoned as autistic, and as time went on and we saw more of his character it just started to make a lot of sense to me

I've always focused more on my theory about it being related to his cutie mark, so I don't have a full explanation for this yet, but I like to think him being autistic + ADHD affects his ability to do magic... 🥹 (as well as other aspects of his life of course)

The way I see it, their friendship as kids was always heading to tragedy, as a tale between a pony who misunderstood how close she was to her friend and a pony who never really realized they were *supposed* to be close
