@flyspicejet Absolutely disappointing. For going to Chennai airport booked a taxi thru SpiceJet. SpiceJet sent a vehicle thru QuickRide. Booked the vehicle for pick up at 6 am. But he came at 6.30. Called SpiceJet customer service. They did nothing. From second call they stopped picking up.
