In the 1950s, under Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, the Election Commission laid down a rule: Election results can only be challenged within 45 days.

After those 45 days, even the Supreme Court cannot order an investigation into the election process.

So what is the purpose of keeping CCTV footage beyond the legally challengeable period?

Just look at this sham. The Mamata Banerjee Government is frantically organizing "camps across the State to rubber-stamp SC/ST/OBC certificates for hordes of undocumented infiltrators and fake claimants.

This annexed document is an official WB Govt order (Memo No. 2972(6), dated December 4, 2025) issued by the Block Development Officer of Kandi Development Block, Murshidabad district, regarding three in-person "camps" from December 8 to 12, 2025, at Gram Panchayat (GP) Offices in the Block to facilitate data entry and quick disposal of applications related to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC).

Why the sudden panic? Because the Election Commission of India's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise is about to expose their voter fraud racket ! The desperation is obvious because a large chunk of Mamata Banerjee's 'vote bank' is unable to link their names to the authentic 2002 Voter List, are staring down exclusion from the draft electoral rolls.

It's a blatant bid to arm ineligible voters with "certificates" that slyly match the ECI's list of 13 documents for hearings after the publication of draft electoral rolls. An attempt to make a mockery of democracy, by flooding the system with bogus SC/ST/OBC creds.
Mamata Banerjee's cabal isn't just diluting the sacred quotas, it's robbing the true marginalized communities of their rightful share. Real SCs, STs, and OBCs will watch their benefits evaporate as ineligible people will swarm in, staking unethical claims.

I URGE the Chief Election Commissioner (@ecisveep) to treat every certificate issued post June 24, 2025 (as the SIR exercise started on June 24, 2025) with the suspicion it deserves. Kindly conduct exhaustive probes into each one, cross-verify whether the Community is genuinely enlisted as a SC/ST/OBC Community by the Central Government’s Department of Social Justice and Empowerment. The WB Govt has the habit of issuing OBC Certificates (mostly religion based) to ineligible people which have been struck down by the Hon’ble Courts.

Let the SIR purge the electoral rolls clean, and let Democracy prevail.
