Medplus a very popular pharma store had recently started something called as location service fee of 4/- on all of their bills!

4/- is a very small amount and no one notices but in bulk it makes upto a lot of money!

When confronted the store guys had no idea about and asked me to speak to their customer care! I called up the customer care and raised objection, sending them an official legal notice too via email!

I got multiple calls from their management asking me to take back the notice, my standpoint was simple, inform before hand the charge of 4/- which is the actual process or remove it fully!

Quietly they removed the 4/- location fee at Basaveshwaranagar branch!

Check in your locality too!

The point is not of 4/- the point is of consumer rights!

Your in-hand salary is already changing because the govt decided that Basic + DA must be 50% of your CTC & PF is 12% of this so PF contri will go up & inhand will be less. 💼📉
If the govt can decide how your salary structure should be designed, it can definitely act on layoffs and other flawed internal policies.

Vietnam Government can take any decision without constrained by a hostile Union Government unlike Tamilandu Govt.

Vietnam Govt can spend the entire money generated by them without sending it to the Union and waiting for dole outs from the Union.
