@stephanlivera @LynAldenContact The labor+material to build the house is the appreciating asset. It costs more for builders to build now then it did 10, 20, 30 years ago. This is true in US + Europe - Old homes require renovation so even if no new homes are getting built the above still drives increased values

@brennandunn I run a Google Ads agency. You now have to be a verified business to run ads and usually only have 1 month before you have to verify. So he shouldn’t be able to run ads to a website that doesn’t align with business documents he provides Google.
