@nykaafashion Worst customer service. Had to explain the same issue to 3 different people. Still no resolution. Why should I pay double the amount just so I can return the prior order. Very unprofessional, very laidback, very irritating. Never recommending to anyone
@nykaafashion Why carry such scam brands that it such a hassle to do a simple return. On top of it, your customer care is shit. I had to explain the same issue to 3 different people for whatever reason. I was told a senior will call me in 30 mins, here I am 12 hours later still waiting.
@nykaafashion There is no surety that I will get the amount back. Why can't you just take the return, credit the amount to my nykaa wallet and then I can place the new order. How difficult is it to do things the way they usually work? (2/2)

@nykaafashion No acceptable solution provided by you guys. I donot get why can't I make a return? Calmna is simply a cash grab brand taking advantage of customers trust on Nykaa otherwise no one has ever heard of the brand. I highly urge you guys to stop carrying such brands.
@nykaafashion It was my first time ordering from them and will definitely be the last. I ordered the smallest size possible and it is still too big. They are simply not letting me return the product. Its a complete waste of money for me. Worst experience ever. Not ordering again
@AxisBankSupport I have been charged DR card charges on my debit card even after being a priority customer, trying to reach out to my RM and service manager for a few days but no response. Can you please look into this?
@AxisBankSupport@AxisBankSupport This is how your bank people are replying back to a customer's concern, they converted my account to non priority without any communication and charging me now for the debit card, it's a straight forward fraud!
the worst part is their employees keep changing their own statements. now they’re not responsive to our calls and mails! i regret renting furniture from them. this whole process has been so mentally draining for us.
