But want to inform you that, postman was not delivered, person visited office to collect. How postal department will survive in this way? One earlier post was also not delivered , sent wrong message that no one available at home. After inquiry, post reached too late

Six month passed for clearing compensation for 3rd Feb 26 flight to Birmingham, no one is listening even after collecting all documents. It’s shocking the kind of customer service by airlines. Is there any SOP? @Pib_MoCA @DGCAIndia @RamMNK

Speed Post reached on 6th June, but not delivered yet, mentioning Addressee Absent without reaching to the address. Address is correct , phone no is mentioned. Lodged complaint on 7th ID 2302682465

I need immediate action on this to deliver the luggage to the address provided.
