अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने ईरान पर होर्मुज स्ट्रेट से गुजर रहे भारतीय जहाजों पर 'ड्रोन हमले' करने का आरोप लगाया था।

भारत में ईरानी दूतावास ने शुक्रवार देर रात सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट में कहा, 'होर्मुज स्ट्रेट में एक भारतीय जहाज को लेकर ईरान पर अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति का आरोप पूरी तरह से बेबुनियाद है।'

'यह लोगों का ध्यान उस क्रूर सच्चाई से हटाने की कोशिश है कि अमेरिका ने एक हफ्ते से भी कम समय में 3 भारतीय जहाजों पर हमला किया और 3 बेगुनाह भारतीय नाविकों की जान ले ली। यह बेहद शर्मनाक है!'

इस हफ्ते ओमान के तट के पास भारतीय क्रू सदस्यों वाले 3 जहाजों पर हमले हुए। इनमें से एक हमले में तीन भारतीय नाविकों की मौत हो गई। भारत ने कमर्शियल जहाजों पर अमेरिकी हमलों को लेकर कड़ा विरोध दर्ज कराया है।
