IT सेल महाराष्ट्र के स्थानीय चुनाव पर नाच रहा था कि UGC का कोई असर नहीं, वो ना तो तेलंगाना स्थानीय चुनाव हार पर कुछ बता रहा, ना देवघर पर। निशिकांत जी, EWS का एहसान गिनवाना भूल गए थे क्या देवघर में?
