Seaweed fun fact: Not only is it good for humans (kelp is the new kale!), but cows like it, too! It reduces their methane output (a greenhouse gas), which they release while belching. @portofsandiego Chairman @RafaSanDiego & @SunkenSeaweed spoke to @KPBSErik. Stay tuned!
