Anybody’s guess whether respondents will comply with para 17b of judgement of AFT Chennai or go in for a review petition in Hon’ble Supreme Court after dismissal of their leave to appeal. Would it be too much to expect that respondents accept opinion of AFT in para 16 of order?

Recent #OROP data made available to establish basis of min & max pensions of veterans retiring in 2018, has no explanation for a retiree with 30+ yrs of service having last pay drawn of someone with 20+ yrs of service. These gaps still exist ➡️ https://t.co/d6FNf1BYHj
