My funds are stuck with Cadremit and I need answers.
Weeks ago I sent USDT to a wallet address provided by Cadremit. The transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and the funds are visible in the wallet. Yet cadremit keeps telling me the money never arrived.
This makes no sense.
Transaction details are publicly verifiable and the funds are sitting in the address controlled by cadremit.
The only issue is that I mistakenly sent USDT instead of USDC. But the wallet clearly received the funds.

โข Sent emails
โข Shared the TXID
โข Tagged them here
But the response is always the same: โNothing we can do.โ
If the wallet belongs to Cadremit, then the funds are under their control.
At this point Iโm simply asking Cadremit to escalate this to their technical team and help recover the tokens sitting in their wallet.
Crypto transactions are transparent. Anyone can verify the transaction on the blockchain explorer.
Iโm not asking for special treatment โ just for Cadremit to acknowledge the funds that clearly reached their wallet.

similar issue happened to a customer from @cleva, check under my trend and see how cleva was nice to the customer.
@CadRemit how can you tell me you can't retrieve my coin just by sending USDT instead of USDC to your provided address? We all know this mistake can be made by anyone @CadRemit help me recover my USDT @blockchain
