Sometimes caring too much can be a bad thing. Sometimes it’s good to cry and let out all of the frustration. I have a hard job. I work with kids with autism and sometimes it gets frustrating but that’s okay. Emotions are okay. I still love my kiddos. I need to remember to breathe
