@Hertz out trip started with a smoky vehicle with a nail in a tire (unknown to us), & 4 bald tires. Waited all day for a repair voucher until Firestone closed. Hertz asks us 2 drive the car (nail in tire) to the airport. We get a 2018 dirty car with over 50k miles & bad ignition

@BellBikeHelmets my husband and I have SRT helmets and the shields continually pop off after clicking in place or slams shut while riding..for both of us! ☹️It’s a pain for Iron Butt riders like ourselves - local rides and cross country. HELP! Base plate product issue?
