I thought the holidays were about giving but apparently @Kohls is about taking what’s not theirs. Charged twice for items I did not receive and now I can’t get anyone from their customer service to help me. Very disappointing. #badcustomercare
@Charlestonion Butters, If your parents bring home 10 sand bags please don’t think you hit the litter box mother load. Apparently we’re going to get a few rain drops over the next few days.
@Charlestonion Butters, I tried explaining this news to Sophie hoping she will not wake me up at the usual 5am M-F time for her breakfast. She obviously doesn’t seem to care.
@GerholdFarms Reminds me of my childhood. We spent hours running through the cornfields. When we got tired, we picked an ear, sat on the ground and ate it raw. Thanks for sharing your picture!
@Charlestonion@panerabread That masterpiece is delicious and dangerous at the same time. I don’t worry so much about my wallet as I do my waistline every time I walk into @panerabread and order one.
Today we remember the nine lives lost in the Mother Emanuel AME Church shooting nine years ago.
One of our own, Librarian Cynthia Graham Hurd, worked with us for 31 years. She was passionate about helping others & serving her community. We are still inspired by her today.
@SunnyAnderson When I was a kid we had wing it Wednesday, meaning mom was tired 1/2 way through the week so it was whatever we could find in the fridge.
Thursdays we always had breakfast for dinner. Groceries were low but we always had stuff for eggs, eggo waffles, and bacon or sausage.
@ThePanic16 So true! We leave next week for a long road trip and I’ve printed out five different ways to get to our destination, a spreadsheet of all the things we’re going to do on different days and alternative plans if the weather does not cooperate. I believe in being prepared!
