@SunsetDelta1 @QuikTrip 1) The west refinery had an oil storage sphere erupt in flames on 5/11. It made national news. Both refineries are owned by the same company. THE REFINERIES RAISED THE PRICE. Gas stations reacted accordingly.

2) Tulsa avg price = $4.14. OKC avg price = $4.01.
13¢, not 50¢.
