the video uses 3D animations to visualise the room layout, positions and the fall.

the new information is: the call to hotel reception was made after anele had already landed on the ground below, according to cctv timestamps.

I'm currently reading "A Family Affair" by @SueNyathi , and I just got to the chapter where Xoliswa is hospitalized after suffering from heartbreak and depression. What broke me wasn't just what she was going through, but how her parents kept denying that she could possibly be depressed because she'd always been "the strongest."
That chapter hit me harder than I expected because it reminded me of my own experience. There was a time when I was battling depression, and when I opened up to my parents about the things that were hurting me, my dad said he never thought I'd be broken by something like that because I'd always been the strongest.
People often confuse strength with being unbreakable. They see your resilience, and how well you hold everything together, and assume you're immune to pain.

Sometimes the people who seem the strongest are the ones carrying the heaviest burdens in silence.
Being the first-born daughter can be exhausting. You're expected to be the one who always has it together. And when you finally admit you're not okay, people gets shocked instead of supportive...
