@Ramandeep_Bajwa Tejas should have been shelved 5 years back. Aatmanirbhar is fine but HAL is.not a company that will give you aircraft on scale.
If you take 40 years & deliver 40 aircraft that isnt even combat worthy you are not in the game.
Welcome to the club!
It took nearly two decades but finally you are now understanding that the Tejas series has become a liability.
Both Mk1A and Mk2 need to be shelved.
All energy and money need to be diverted to AMCA and getting an indigenous jet engine capable of powering not only 5th gen but also 6th gen fighters.
Get 100 more Rafales to add to the 114 which are on the verge of being ordered.
If they are too expensive get 100 Gripen Es instead.
These numbers will keep IAF capability intact for the next 15-20 years till AMCA enters service and will also cover for any delay in AMCA induction.
@IXGguy Given all necessary facilities. Specially testing facilities can be shared with HAL. HAL can focus on F-414 engine production while AMCA can be tested and resources utilised on AMCA instead of dividing them to test MK2. All money given to make MK2 components can be given for AMCA
@IXGguy Firstly MK2 prototype is still not complete. No certification, no flight testing no weapons Integration testing etc. . Secondly you need money for this to enter production facilities to be set up. This money can go to AMCA. AMCA can be prioritised .

@manojzxc@MrStrange455590@Ramandeep_Bajwa If India already loses on superior weapons in early days of the conflict , then India will be in great trouble. Hence superiority has to be maintained. If possible in numbers.
@manojzxc@MrStrange455590@Ramandeep_Bajwa Don't you really understand that to have a sustain war for over a month will have a big affect on indian economy. Pak. Will be supported by all (Nato+China+ME) , india will be supported by none. Only superior weapons can end the conflict early and decisively.
@lost8n@manojzxc@VishnuNDTV@SparshKr910@ParthVa53135321 Issue is Mk2 is not coming before 2035. It is better to keep on researching and make a better stealth and 6gen capable new fighter instead of MK2 . And focus more on AMCA at the present.
@lost8n@manojzxc@VishnuNDTV@SparshKr910@ParthVa53135321 India is aiming for sa. Strength of 42-50. With 36 sq. Of 4/4.5 gen you require minimum 10 sq. Of AMCA. Making it 46. You need room for 4-5 sq. For 6th gen. . Let's say for now you fill that room with MK2. But still AMCA is a priority. Once you have 200+ AMCA you can have all Mk2
Man of Steel released 13 years ago today.
To me, this is the most beautiful, released, hope inspiring Superman movie we've ever had.

@sakthivel_cit93@prody24445539 164 MMRCA will still be 9 sq. Only and 9 sq. Of Mirage and Jaguar will retire in 5 years. Make Tejas at the level of AMCA. Otherwise this budget should be spent on AMCA and not on Tejas.
MLRS isn't state of the art tech, even North Korea is making those. Pinaka isn't even that advanced compared to American, S Korean, Israeli stuff that France can ultimately import if they want to import MLRS at all.
We deserve these aukat checks on our platform capabilities.
- no LCA MK1A till F404 supply stabilizes
- no LCA MK-2 & AMCA before F414 deal
- no Super Sukhoi before 2030
- MIG-29 & Mirage getting obsolete
- Jaguars expected to go by 2030-32
What are you left with? Rafale.
