instead of Rs.29243, which is totally unethical. To cover up this they are giving excuses for document deficiency during the period when I have a purchased plan.

later it was mutually & officially decided that I will be pay in two yearly installments ( Rs.23990+ 767 kit charges ) in first year( 2021-22) and remaining Rs. 29243 in second year (2022-23)
Whereas now this is being imposed on me that I have to pay 48k
