It’s becoming painfully apparent to me that several artists in this fandom, despite their magnificent skill, lack the traits and clear fundamental understanding of what it takes to become a self employed individual.

We as artists shouldn’t just take our clientele’s money as interest free loans. And if that’s something you’re doing on a regular, maybe you need to take a cold hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if this really is for you.

I’m tired of hearing stories of folks getting burned by artists who don’t deliver after payment.

It’s not ok and shows a clear lack of respect for the people who go out of their way to support our work.

Good example of how awful the communication was that we don't know for sure
