@India_KTM What is the official service schedule for KTM adv390 after first 3 free services. When I checked with service center they say it’s 7500km or 6months but I called KTM India and they say it’s 7500kms or 120days to be under warranty. So not sure why so much discrepancies.

@pritishsingh92 @India_KTM We should do that .. service intervals are vague in user manual, they force you products to use claiming it will void warranty if not used.engine tappet noise is a simple engine characteristic. Not sure what’s going.

@India_KTM for the past few months the owners manual section on your app isn’t working for me. I am not sure if it is a universal problem. Where can I get the owner manual to refer from other than the app

Improve your customer service or we can look for other companies when in need in near future. @BoschHomeIn it’s really pathetic from your end. Total durations of almost a month to get it fixed is not acceptable

I had bought a front load washing machine almost 4.5yrs back and I had recieved a text message to register for registering for extended warranty on my registered mobile number and I did register and recieved a confirmation too.

Common courtesy is to apologize and get on it to resolve but entire service team is clueless and disconnected with everything.

To customer care and to my surprise the system has me owning a top load washing machine but I had a front load washing machine. So I explain to your guys and they say they will rectify everything with due verification so I asked local shop to recheck the bills they confirm 3/n

Fast forward to few weeks back
My washing has some issues so I reach out to the store that I brought the washing machine they requested the service guy to visit on his way to check in the meantime I was trying to find my AWC document but couldn’t so reached 2/n
