But things changed along the way. Twitter became a place of vitriol. And it was sold off to the highest bidder. Who decided to change the ethos and change the name.

I was thrilled that i actually had been to the birthday party of Evan Williams right before he co-founded Twitter, as a plus one to a mutual friend. Ugh. Name dropping.

@Ihartitz He'll get it with a week to spare. vs. Carolina. I had a bye week in FFB but still created a roster ... and Evans wasn't on it (he was behind Collins and Higgins, in my opinion). He almost equalled their combined score (in 1/2 PPR). Evans will not leave my lineup again.

15 years ago I joined Twitter! I remember not being super confident in the future prospects of the platform ... but I also was a bit geeked as I'd been to a birthday party for one of the company's founders the previous year. (So glad they upped the 140 limit!) #MyXAnniversary
