For all the men who chose to work through their own traumas, who healed their own fractured and complex father wounds and continue to 'do the work' with and for their children, healing generational trauma.... we see you. Happy #FathersDay2022
If we see our children as bad, a brat, naughty, selfish then we have a problem and we will react and damage our relationship. If we see them as good but need our support, we behave in a way that meets thier need and strengthens our relationship.
So you want your child to have good mental health. Make sure you enter into a secure relationship with them and maintain that bond. They'll grow up to be happy and have good relationships themselves.
